View this email in your browser Hello August   Welcome to Hotlanta! It’s the dog days of summer and I hope you are finding ways to stay cool. We are walking extra early in the morning and staying hydrated. Speaking of staying cool, have you seen “stock tank pools?” They seem to be popping up all over the place, Our neighbors put one in and they are really enjoying it. It cost them less than $1,000 including a bit of decking.   How is your summer going? Are kids back in school? Are you looking forward to fall yet? I know I am!   The Atlanta Real Estate Market is a bit slower than last year but steady! We have listed half a dozen homes since May and they are sold or under contract at prices just slightly above this time last year. We have several buyers still looking, waiting for more listings to find their perfect place.
