The leaves have started their annual turn from green to bright orange, red, and yellow. Our windows are open at night, a pure joy, unlike spring, because there is no pollen to contend with! In addition to all the joys of Autumn, my grandson is an October baby and is turning one in a few days. It has personally been a banner year for this grandma!

Speaking of staying cool, have you seen “stock tank pools?” They seem to be popping up all over the place, Our neighbors put one in and they are really enjoying it. It cost them less than $1,000 including a bit of decking.
