View this email in your browser Hello October   The leaves have started their annual turn from green to bright orange, red, and yellow. Our windows are open at night, a pure joy, unlike spring, because there is no pollen to contend with! In addition to all the joys of Autumn, my grandson is an October baby and is turning one in a few days. It has personally been a banner year for this grandma!    We are making our holiday travel plans, including a short trip to NYC for a milestone birthday for me in December. What are your plans? We are seeing a few more “on market” days but our firm’s listings are selling at or above list price and generally within a week of listing.
