Hello October

The leaves have started their annual turn from green to bright orange, red, and yellow. Our windows are open at night, a pure joy, unlike spring, because there is no pollen to contend with! In addition to all the joys of Autumn, my grandson is an October baby and is turning one in a few days. It has personally been a banner year for this grandma!

We are making our holiday travel plans, including a short trip to NYC for a milestone birthday for me in December. What are your plans? How will you spend your holiday vacation this year? Please be on the lookout for an announcement for our fall Client Appreciation Event.

Home sales in Atlanta remain strong. We are seeing a few more “on market” days but our firm’s listings are selling at or above list price and generally within a week of listing. Our buyers are able to negotiate repairs once again and some are even getting closing costs paid by the seller. Our active agents: Ben Dowell, Rhys Black, Valerie Henderson, Amber Remm, and Lorelei Desmond are available to guide you through the home buying or selling process.

Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
