View this email in your browser Welcome June! Welcome back and welcome June! Summer is here, pools are open, grass has to be cut, and“sweater weather” is behind us until late September. I hope you have some restful or exciting(depending on your needs) plans for the summer! We are busy at Jane & Co showing and listing houses. Some of our buyers are not finding enough inventory at both the lower and upper price points. Others have found exactly what they were looking for. That is our goal! We have not had any updates on the settlement that the National Association of Realtors proposed back in March. I will update you as soon as we do. Our real estate market in Atlanta is complicated. Some homes are staying on the market longer and we are seeing some price adjustments. Overall, prices are still going up, just much slower than in the past three years. MORE INFO PIEDMONT PARK ARTS SUMMER ARTS FESTIVAL The Atlanta Arts Festival fills Piedmont Park with more than 200 of the nation’s top artists.
